What is FitReward Points?

Some members have asked, “What is this FitReward Points stuff?”

The answer is simple . . . every time you come to the club, you earn points. There are activities you can do in the club and you will earn bonus FitReward Points. You can then convert these points to prizes! Yes tangible prizes that are shipped direct to your house.

We are one of 2 clubs in Australia that offer this fantastic opportunity to our members.

It is unique and our special way to encourage you to work out in the club and participate in all our fun programs.

Don’t forget it is free to participate in the fun, so if you have not yet activated your account, please chat with one of the Active Team on your next visit.

Member of the Month . . . Haley

Haley is our July Member of the Month because:

  • She always pushed herself in Bootcamp and on the gym floor.
  • She has a great attitude towards fitness; and
  • She is strong both mentally and physically.

The end result is her fitness has improved massively! Well done Haley!

 

Tour de Active! But Hurry!

This month we are joining in the fun of the Tour de France with our own version: Tour de Active.

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Join a team captained by one of your Active team members – there is a maximum of 12 places in each team so put your name down quickly so you don’t miss out
  • Every workout during the challenge you record the distance covered in 10 minutes on the bike – only your best attempt each day will be counted
  • Team totals will be tallied daily and shown on a tour map so you can see how your team is progressing

The winning team will be taken out for breakfast as a reward for riding excellence.

You will be competing as an individual as well as in a team, so each workout you should be looking to push yourself a little harder and help your team to victory!
Each week the individual distances will be updated so you can track your own progress as well as that of your team.
