Member of the Month – Louise
Louise Kanjee was the March Member of the Month.
Louise’s regular attendance, commitment to her training, friendly
personality and overall attitude made her the obvious choice this

Corporate Boot Camp

If you would like a Corporate Boot Camp for your company we can
organise this for you! What a great team building activity. We need just
a minimum of 4 from a company and we can have up to 24 in a Boot Camp.

Adieu Av!
This month kind of say farewell to Av. We always encourage our Team
to develop themselves and Av is starting up his own Personal Training
business. This is very exciting for him and also for us, as he will
doing at the Club. You will now see Av wearing a red shirt as he trains
his clients. If you are interested in Personal Training with Av chat
with him directly!
Updated Exercise Recommendation for Type II Diabetes
The American Diabetes Association announced in January that most people
with Type II Diabetes should:
- Accumulate 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise every week
or 90 minutes of high intensity;
- Complete strength training 3 times per week
If you know anyone with Type II Diabetes or who has been warned by
their doctor that they pre-diabetic, it does mean the end of the world.
It simply means they need to start exercising.
This month, anyone pre-diabetic or diabetic has FREE access to the
Club! We will show them how easy exercise can be. So please spread the
word and ask them to call us first to make a time for a get together
with one of our Team.

This about Stacey:
Started working in the industry 7 years ago – I wanted to help others
feel and experience the benefits of being healthy and fit! I am a
qualified Personal Trainer, Older adult’s trainer and group exercise
instructor including Aqua!
I come from a family of 5 girls
I am an Aunty to 5 nieces and 3 nephews all under the age of 7!
I have a loving husband and am the proud mum of Kobe, 4 years old,
tri color Collie.
Sporting achievements : Coming 1st in the national schools triathlon
in year 12 and Overall 3rd place in the Kurnell triathlon series for age
group 15-17 years.
