Fitness age challenge

This month we launch our Results Week - 14th to 18th April!  For 5 days we want to complete as many Fitness Age assessments on our members.  The great aspects of this is:

  • It will provide you a benchmark to improve on over the next 4 months;
  • You can see exactly how you are compared to your actual age;
  • It is fun
  • It is only 30 minutes
  • It is free

So this month take the FitnessAge Challenge!  To book your FitnessAge click here

Rock Climbing

Sunday 13th April between 10am and 12pm we are going rock climbing at Climb Fit St Leonards.

The cost is $30, so if you would like to come with us, just chat with one of the Team on your next visit to the club or call us to book your spot: 9870 8775.

Janette Bywater
Janette has been a member with us for many years. She is consistently in the club training hard during her lunch break every day and attends an average of 14 times a month. She always comes in with a smile and always makes the time to say hello on her way in and good bye on the way out. She provides a lot of support to the challenge and programs that we run and is always willing to try something new.

Thank you for your support over the years and we hope to see you in the club for many more to come.

Congratulations Janette

Janette Bywater

I have recently started working as a Results Coach.

I have always enjoyed an active lifestyle since I was a little girl, regularly participating in sports such as swimming and hockey which naturally lead me to coaching and later personal training.

I am a registered trainer specialising in special populations, mums and bubs, old and young alike.

I am also very passionate about getting young children in health and fitness thus apply the principle of fun and enjoyment into all my workouts with my clients.

When you are in the gym for your next work out please comes and say “hi” I would love to meet you all.  In fact, this month why not enjoy a complimentary 60 minute Results Training Session with me!  To book call 9870 8775 and ask for me ... Sandy!
